Doesn’t the next few frames show the gentlemen in the white shirt closing distance on the rent a cop? If that is the case…what is the rent a cop saying to him? Is he telling him to stop? The rent a cop does not seem to move…but the gentlemen in the white shirt seems to quickly approach the rent a cop in the next few frames? Just thinking out loud…
Jon, no matter how you may try to misconstrue this sequence of events, even if the man approached the security guard, he took a maximum of three steps, and did not rush him, no matter what you may try to use to defend these excessive actions, there were absolutely no grounds for the man’s arrest, nor the use of non-lethal weaponry. This is straight up assault, no two ways about it.
