NAACP holds Ferguson solidarity rally at Seattle’s Pratt Park

Activists, religious leaders, and citizens from around Seattle joined together in solidarity with the community of Ferguson, MO during a rally in Pratt Park on Thursday, August 21st 2014. The crowd of more than 150 gathered to hear uplifting music, words from local religious leaders, and members of the NAACP speak. The topics ranged from remembering those whose lives were lost,  the militarization of the police force, and a call for justice for the murders of all those killed by violence.
